The warranty on your Alpha appliance starts from the day it was installed and the length of your warranty depends on the model you have. You can save yourself some time and effort in the future by ensuring that your appliance is registered now - otherwise we'll need to ask you for these details any time that warranty work is required.

It is very important that your appliance was installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. For a safe and legal installation, you can expect to receive a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate and/or a Declaration of Safety Certificate from the Gas Safe Register some time after the work has been completed. Please ensure that you keep any certificates received in a safe place as you may need them at a later date if you come to sell your home - but please bear in mind that the local legislation for these requirements vary across the UK.
