Terms and conditions

1. This promotion is available to selected new and returning Alpha installers.
2. Eligible installations must be completed and registered with Alpha between 1 September 2026 and 15 December 2026.
3. Each eligible installation may only be used once for the purposes of this promotion.
4. Installations already eligible for a non-targeted rebate or other form of support do not qualify.
5. Claim As You Go: installers may choose one Claim As You Go reward following each of three eligible installations, up to a maximum of three rewards per installer.
6. Premium Reward: alternatively, installers who make no Claim As You Go reward claims may choose one Premium Reward following their third eligible installation.
7. Once a Claim As You Go reward has been claimed, the installer will no longer be eligible for a Premium Reward.

10. Rewards are subject to availability. Alpha may substitute a reward with an alternative of equivalent or greater value where necessary.
11. AlphaOne loyalty points will continue to apply to eligible installations.
12. Alpha reserves the right to verify installations and claims and to withhold a reward where the eligibility requirements have not been met.
13. Rewards are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
