Do I have to use an Alpha installer?
No. You are free to choose any qualified Gas Safe registered engineer to install your boiler. However, using an installer who regularly fits Alpha products means they will be more familiar with our full range and procedures.
What’s the difference between Alpha Select and other installers?
Alpha Select installers fit a higher number of our boilers each year. This means they have extra experience with the entire Alpha range and are often the best placed to recommend the most suitable model for your home.
Will Alpha guarantee the quality of my installer’s work?
While all installers listed register new Alpha installations with us, they operate independently. Alpha does not monitor their day-to-day activities, so we cannot guarantee workmanship. If you have concerns, please share feedback so we can investigate.
How do I choose the right installer for my new boiler?
We recommend contacting two or three local installers from the tool to compare quotes, availability, and services. This gives you confidence in your choice and ensures you get the best support for your boiler installation.
Can I find installers for renewable products like hybrids and heat pumps?
Yes. Many Alpha installers are trained to fit our renewable solutions, including hybrid systems and air source heat pumps. Look for installers with relevant experience when you make contact.
