Strong demand in the Southwest region has led Alpha to strengthen its sales team in the area. In a great turn of events, this has resulted in the appointment of former employee, Jason Lewis, as Area Sales Manager, returning to Alpha after an absence of 16 years.
The role within the southern regional sales team requires Jason to provide support to local installers, and he believes his own prior experience as an engineer gives him a unique understanding of their real needs. Combined with his time spent in product development and sales team leadership, this makes Jason a true asset to the business.
Jason comments: “Customers don’t want to be passed around or wait for solutions. They want to build a relationship with someone who can provide immediate assistance. Thanks to my background, I’m able to speak their language, understand the technical challenges they face, and offer the help they need straightaway.”
As a business, Alpha is consistently evolving and innovating both its product range and its approach. Jason continues: “Working in a sales position, you always want to work with the best products and the feedback I was getting from installers and friends in the industry about Alpha’s boilers and heat pumps has been fantastic – they are great bits of kit. You have to believe in what you represent, and I love what Alpha has been developing for customers, especially in the realm of renewable heating solutions with products like the E-Tec Hybrid.”
