YEAR ROUND BOILER EFFICIENCY WITH ALPHA’S BOILERCARE PLANS

31 October 2016

Alpha Heating Innovation has launched its new BoilerCare service and breakdown plans, with all work carried out by specialist Alpha engineers for added peace of mind.

With Alpha’s BoilerCare service plan, customers can spread the cost of an annual service. Usually carried out in the summer, in preparation for the winter months, Alpha’s specialist engineers offer a complete boiler overhaul to ensure efficiency is maintained and check for any potentially dangerous issues such as the leaking of poisonous carbon monoxide gas.

For Alpha boilers that are out of the warranty period, Alpha’s BoilerCare service and breakdown plans safeguard customers against having to pay out unexpectedly should a boiler become faulty or break down. An annual boiler service is included as well as access to a network of Gas Safe registered engineers, genuine Alpha boiler parts and limitless engineer call-outs.

Commenting on Alpha’s BoilerCare offering, Head of Customer Service, Daniel Ashby, said: “Alpha’s customers want to know that their boilers are going to provide the service they expect all year round, without having to worry about the possibility of faults and repairs at a time when a boiler is relied upon most. Alpha BoilerCare provides exactly that reassurance for customers, so that even if they do experience problems, there is expert assistance just around the corner”.
