Richard Geldard joins Alpha Heating Innovation as the new Director of Customer Service and Relations, bringing with him extensive knowledge and a genuine passion for helping others.
Although his most recent role was head of customer service for a luxury bathroom manufacturer, Richard began his career at the age of 16 when he took his first customer service role in his local bank. Building on this, he then went on to work for Shell in its London office and later a hearing aid company.
With many years of experience behind him, Richard’s primary focus is on supporting his team to deliver a level of service that not only builds confidence among homeowners and installers, but that sets Alpha apart, ultimately encouraging loyalty to the brand.
Richard commented on his new role: “I’ve always believed that the delivery of exceptional levels of customer service is a key differentiator in a competitive marketplace.
“I’m excited to be working with Alpha and very much looking forward to sharing my experience with everyone here. I’m keen to strengthen the service offering and place the customer at the very forefront of our organisation.”
