STAFF WORK TIRELESSLY TO RESTORE MANUFACTURING PLANT AFTER FLASH FLOOD

A flash flood in Italy over Christmas enveloped the entire Immergas manufacturing plant and administrative offices as well as surrounding homes for 72 hours.

Thankfully there was no immediate risk to life, however this ‘natural disaster’ has caused major disruption and as a result we will likely experience a delay in sending out orders of some boiler ranges placed before 17th January 2018.

We applaud the many staff that have been working tirelessly (often voluntarily in addition to normal hours) to ensure the return of the manufacturing plant and stock holding back to a normal position. These efforts have been remarkable and indeed successful in minimising the impact on our business, however, there is a likelihood of elongated delivery schedules of certain Alpha boiler ranges in the coming few trading days .

We will have residual stock arriving at our warehouse from Monday 8th January and envisage production being operational week commencing 22nd January. Please note that spares orders are not affected at this time and will continue to be shipped as normal.

We thank you in advance for your patience and assure you of the very best of attention throughout and beyond this time.

Please keep an eye on our website and social media pages for further updates over the next few days.
