Paul Lawrence Plumbing and Heating Services recently scooped the Small Business of the Year Award at the South Holland Business Awards in Lincolnshire. Paul Lawrence works exclusively with Alpha.
Paul has been working in plumbing and heating since he was 17 years old, and started his own business nearly three years ago. Since then, the business continues to expand, now with multiple apprentices and vans on the road.
“I wasn’t expecting to win at all but it turns out that my business ticked all the right boxes. It was a very pleasant surprise. Our work with Alpha, a recognised and successful boiler brand, has really helped me in winning the award.”
Paul works solely with Alpha for many different reasons. “Crucially, the company’s product range is good quality and straightforward to install. The boilers are energy efficient, and this always gains the interest of my customers. In fact, one customer said she had reduced her energy bills by £300 after she switched to Alpha.
Finally, the customer service is excellent and far better than any other boiler manufacturer I have used in the past. The training Alpha provides is also very useful. All of this combined helps contribute to my business – allowing me to provide a professional service, gain recommendations and keep expanding.”
