PGA European Tour golfer Jack Senior has recently added an Alpha Connect Wi-Fi smart controller to his home to allow him easy management of his heating system around his competition and training schedule.
As a professional golfer, Jack’s routine is changeable and he is often away from home for several days, or longer, at a time. Our Alpha Connect wireless thermostat allows simple control of the heating directly from any iOS or Android device using the Alpha Connect app.
Jack was introduced to Alpha more than a year ago when one of our installers fitted an E-Tec combi boiler in his home. Since then, we have sponsored Jack and worked with him on charity fundraising, making donations for every birdie and eagle that Jack scores in a tournament as well as hosting a bespoke event which included a silent auction for a brand-new set of golf clubs.
Jack commented: “I’ve had my Alpha boiler for over a year now and I’m really pleased with it. Without doubt it would be useful for every homeowner, but for me it is great as my days and hours away on the PGA European Tour are unpredictable.
