Alpha Heating Innovation has installed boilers throughout Parklands – a luxury, private apartment complex in Aberdeen. With high quality specification key for this project, the InTec 40GS GasSaver model was selected for its superior efficiency and energy saving credentials.

With all Parklands homes promising both luxury and easy living it is important that occupants’ heating and hot water needs are met, but not at the expense of energy efficiency. The InTec 40GS combi boiler was therefore the optimal heating solution for the apartments, with the on demand combi-boiler technology typical of the InTec range, providing a convenient and dependable heating system. The model is further enhanced by the integration of the latest heat-recovery technology, with a built in GasSaver module, and thus giving the homeowner an average reduction in gas used to generate hot water of 35%.
