APPRENTICES LEARN FROM ALPHA’S LATEST INNOVATIONS

Sean Goodwin, director of CAN Gas Training Centre, has worked with Alpha Heating Innovation for many years and has now brought in its latest products to give a hands-on element to the courses offered. Although in operation for eight years, the new premises opened last year in Nantwich with Alpha’s InTec and ProTec being used to cover both domestic and commercial hands-on training.

The centre offers its students decades of experience within the industry. Sean is also the owner and managing director of A1 Gas, which offers annual services as well as 24-hour call out to give customers peace of mind. Sean brings this dedication to customer service to the management of CAN Gas Training Centre.

Commenting on the importance of quality training, he said, “We deliver courses that stress the importance of a thorough understanding of the products installers will be working with once qualified. By doing this, it raises the standard for customer service and supports a positive reputation for the industry.”

CAN Gas Training Centre offers courses in gas, electrical, water and oil training and assessment and reassessment. These are certified by BPEC, City & Guilds, OFTEC and WRAS and cover domestic and commercial installation and service.

Sean continued, “We chose Alpha’s InTec and ProTec boilers as part of our training offering because we believe they are dependable and high quality products. Alpha also provides an excellent service backing, giving us peace of mind that we will always deliver for our apprentices and installers.”
