Alpha Heating Innovation’s E-Tec S system boiler has been installed in the home of Matt Pysden, Sales Director of independent merchant Sussex Plumbing Supplies (SPS). With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, Matt needed a boiler that would meet the demand required by his large property in Polegate and was impressed by the five-year warranty.
On his new boiler, Matt commented: “The E-Tec S was a perfect fit for my property as it is compact and has an excellent performance rate when coupled with a high pressure cylinder. The E-Tec S comes with a five-year warranty as standard, which can be increased to six years with the addition of a Cyclone Plus filter and eight years with a PremierPack Extra. Available in two fully-modulating outputs – 20kW and 30kW – the E-Tec S is built on the same platform as the popular E-Tec range, with a stainless-steel heat exchanger, Grundfos pump and hydroblock assembly, and Honeywell gas valve and PCB.
Martin King, owner of MK Plumbing & Heating, installed the brand new system, “The Alpha E-Tec S has a straightforward installation process and is easy to handle with its relatively small, shallow dimensions - which also make it suitable for installing in any sized kitchen unit. The combined discharge and condensate drain pipes also help keep the installation quick and simple.”
