Luxury homes benefit from Alpha high output system boiler

Alpha’s ProTec Plus 50kW system boiler was chosen by Clarendon Homes for an exclusive development in Maidstone, Kent. The two 5-bedroom, multi-bathroom houses are situated high on the North Downs in a quiet country environment offering the perfect location for a spacious family home.

Building properties to the highest standard is extremely important to Clarendon Homes and this focus on quality extends to the provision of heating and hot water.

With a 1:10 modulation range, ProTec Plus offers exceptional energy efficiency and is perfectly suited to large domestic projects with above-average output requirements. The boilers feature a stainless-steel heat exchanger, Honeywell gas valve and fully modulating low-energy built-in Grundfos circulator pump.

There are four models in the range with individual outputs from 50kW to 115kW, which can be installed as single units or cascaded to accommodate even greater demands – up to five boilers to achieve a total of 575kW.

When asked why the Alpha ProTec Plus models were specifically chosen for these desirable properties, Gareth Hill of Clarendon Homes commented: “We have used Alpha products for many years and they have always been reliable, which is of utmost importance to us as part of the overall package that we provide to our customers.”

Like all Alpha boilers, the ProTec Plus range comes with a generous warranty to give homeowners added peace of mind. On this subject, Gareth concluded: “The support we’ve received from Alpha has been excellent both pre-install and the after service.”
