Built in 1906 and converted into a care home for the elderly in 1946, this magnificent property is set in a private residential area and boasts a communal garden and far-reaching countryside views. Architecturally the character of the building is being carefully preserved, while internally it is undergoing an exciting transformation to create one- and two-bedroom apartments complete with all new services and metering. To match the high standards of the project it is critical that the new heating system will provide maximum comfort for residents while also ensuring optimum efficiency.
