I called on Wednesday morning to have some one come out. Thursday afternoon they come out to look at the problem in all fairness the engineer pinpointed problem straightaway. Telling me they have to order in a heat exchanger as they don’t keep them is stock. But you can use your heating. Ummmm no I can’t the unit that controls it was full of water and you don’t keep them in stock either.
Im told we can’t do it till next week…
so no hot water, no heating. As No one works over the weekend they don’t tell you that when your giving your bank details.
Not impressed… your customers should have a 24 hr service. You should have a dedicated weekend team and I’m going to pay £24 per month for this Quality service well I’m just thrilled about that.
