A fault was found with my boiler affecting the hot water supply during a routine service by a British Gas engineer. I didn’t have my warranty details to hand but phoned Alpha customer service at 4.45pm on Friday afternoon to see if they could confirm if the boiler was still under warranty from the serial number. The person couldn’t have been more helpful confirming the warranty just from my post code. He was also very knowledgeable recognising the fault from my uneducated description. He said I would get a phone call on Monday morning to arrange a time for an engineer to visit. I received the call as promised to say the engineer could come the next day. He phoned ahead to let me know when he would arrive, even this was estimated very accurately. He was friendly and efficient replacing the part in 40 minutes. Extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service by all involved, well done!
