In order to protect our customers, Alpha Therm Ltd. will provide at least 3 years of security update support for our company products from the date of release. If you believe you have discovered a security or privacy vulnerability that affects the equipment, software, or web servers associated with Alpha Therm Ltd., please report it to us. We welcome anyone to report issues, including security researchers, developers, and customers. Alpha Therm Ltd. will quickly and cautiously address security vulnerabilities in our products or services. We will take necessary measures to reduce customer risks, provide timely information, and provide vulnerability fixes and mitigation measures needed to address security threats in the equipment, software, or web servers of Alpha Therm Ltd.

Vulnerability Reporting

If you believe you have discovered a security or privacy vulnerability in one of the products produced by Alpha Therm Ltd., you can send the security issue directly to vulnerability@alpha-innovation.co.uk. You will typically receive an email confirmation from Alpha Therm Ltd. within 24 hours.

Confidentiality Mechanism

Throughout the entire vulnerability handling process, Alpha Therm Ltd. will strictly control the dissemination of vulnerability information, sharing it only with relevant personnel. At the same time, we also request that the reporter keep the vulnerability information confidential until our customers obtain a complete solution.

Response Scope

This vulnerability handling process applies to all hardware, software products or services provided by Alpha Therm Ltd., including cloud platforms, apps or mini-programs on mobile phones, and hardware, software, and firmware of home appliances.
