Alpha Heating Innovation’s newly appointed Regional Specification Manager, Gavin Grover, firmly believes education and awareness can benefit the heating bills of the UK’s commercial buildings.

Joining Alpha from Ideal Commercial, Gavin has honed his skills advising and analysing the heating needs of the many commercial businesses in the south east region and is keen to promote Alpha’s recent move into the commercial sector. For him, this means raising awareness of the importance of correct specification and that involves more than just pushing products.

“Specification is about the details, it’s about understanding functionality as well as scale. Everyone involved has to be on the same page and I need to make sure that my customers are up to speed on the latest developments across the industry, not just our own leaps of innovation,” said Gavin.

Covering the south of England from Cambridgeshire to the Hampshire coast, Gavin will be putting his vast experience, gained at companies like DeWalt and Ideal, to use, helping to advise customers about Alpha’s new range of commercial and large scale domestic boilers. “It’s great to be part of this new development at Alpha. Their range of high efficiency boilers and renewables offering are highly thought of in the domestic sector and now we can extend this to the many UK businesses who want to reduce their bills and carbon emissions.”
