Alpha Announces Changes to Customer Service Teams

Alpha strives to provide its customers with the highest quality heating products on the market and is committed to continual product development. Similarly, Alpha has recently implemented significant changes to improve its customer service offering.

Previously, Alpha had one dedicated helpline, with a team of technical advisers answering all calls and queries from both installers and homeowners. Now the team has been split allowing dedicated ‘support officers’ trained with the expertise to provide more specialist responses and information to their dedicated caller.

Day-to-day management of the new consumer helpline will be the responsibility of Daniel Ashby, who has recently been promoted to Service Manager.

Managing Director Jerry Studden who recently announced the changes commented: “The restructure was a natural progression and has been designed to improve customer satisfaction. As a result we now have specialist technical advisers on-hand to assist our installers with the expertise they need.”
