Jonathan Kidner joins Alpha as part of its continued investment in R&D. Bringing with him experience in several different roles within the industry, Jonathan’s priority as Product Engineer will be to assist in developing technologies and bringing new products to the market.
Jonathan has previously worked as an installer, as well as having spent time in service coordination and customer service. During this stage in his career he developed skills through working directly with customers and facing the challenges and frustrations familiar to all installers, making him the perfect candidate for his current role.
Jonathan commented on his new role, saying, “Alpha has excellent technologies for both commercial and domestic applications, so it’s great to be joining such an innovative team. I’m looking forward to applying the lessons I have learned throughout my career and developing products that consider the pain points of the customer, the installer and the manufacturer.”
