Chris Deacon has joined Alpha Heating Innovation as Technical Sales Manager for East Anglia.

Chris will provide support to installers and merchants across the region, offering specification and technical advice and keeping them well-informed of the latest product developments. He joins from City Plumbing Supplies, where he was a branch manager for two and a half years. Having also previously run his own contracting business, Chris brings a broad range of industry experience to his new role.

Chris commented, “Alpha is a great company with some great products. My merchant branch experience combined with my time working as an installer perfectly positions me for this role, as I understand both sides. I am particularly keen to drive the importance of installer training as this is by far the best way to gain a true understanding of the real benefits of Alpha’s unique product range.”
