Richard Eldridge has been appointed Technical Sales Manager (TSM) for Alpha Heating Innovation. Having been at the company for over two years, Richard’s new role will see him utilise his knowledge and existing relationships to update and educate merchants and installers located within London and all areas within the M25. 
Richard’s previous role saw him work as Sales Coordinator at Alpha. In this position, he booked appointments for Alpha’s full team of TSMs. Along with building up his technical knowledge, this position also enabled Richard to develop relationships with a number of the merchant branches and installers within the area he is now covering.
Richard commented, “Alpha is a great company to work for and this promotion is the perfect opportunity for me to take my current experience forward. Having already worked within this team for over two years, I am looking forward to further increasing awareness and visibility of Alpha products within the London Orbital area by working closely with merchants and installers. For this, I will be focusing on both existing relationships in addition to looking to create new partnerships.”
