Alpha strengthens its Scotland sales team with the appointment of Brian McLaren as Technical Sales Manager reporting directly to the National Sales Director.
Alpha Heating Innovation is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian McLaren as Technical Sales Manager for Scotland, further strengthening the company’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise across the region.
Based in Sauchie, Brian brings a wealth of industry experience and a proven track record of building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. His appointment is part of Alpha’s ongoing investment in its nationwide sales network, ensuring installers, merchants, and contractors across Scotland receive the support they need.
Brian began his plumbing career at the age of 23, working in distribution for Heritage Bathrooms. Over the years, he rose to the position of Operations Manager before making the bold move into sales in 2005.
He spent more than five years as a field-based sales professional, first continuing with Heritage Bathrooms for a further two years and then moving to a second sales role with Aqualisa. In both positions, Brian was responsible for sales across the whole of Scotland, giving him the opportunity to work closely with merchants, contractors, and installers from every corner of the country.
Brian’s extensive network, hands-on industry knowledge, and passion for customer service make him a valuable addition to Alpha Heating Innovation. His focus will be on supporting both existing and new customers in Scotland, offering expert guidance on Alpha’s full range of heating solutions.
As Technical Sales Manager, Brian will be on hand to provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical advice, helping customers choose the right Alpha heating products for their needs – from energy-efficient boilers to innovative control solutions.
