QuoteLink can also be personalised with a company logo while access to a personal online portal allows installers to set their own price parameters for the quote calculator. To this end, easy-to-use menus enable installers to set criteria for: boiler types fitted; geographical areas covered; profit margins; and travel premiums.

This add-on – which provides the homeowner with a reassuring 13-year warranty – also incorporates a built-in Cyclone Plus magnetic filter to help protect the boiler during its lifetime. Following Douglas Rae’s recommendation, the customer also chose the Alpha Connect wireless thermostat, which allows heating to be remotely controlled from anywhere by smartphone or tablet.
