Sites for Investment Ltd is a custom build company supported by The Homes and Communities Agency. This development is particularly aimed at providing cost effective housing to local residents of south Yorkshire. The custom build nature of the scheme allows each buyer to have an input into the finished look of their home. Therefore, no two properties on the site appear the same. In a time where affordability in housing is at the forefront, this project is a great template for other schemes.

The Evoke is the newest and smallest addition to Alpha’s range of combi boilers, which features a brand new stainless-steel heat exchanger and two separate outputs. It is compact and fits neatly in small spaces, but it still has the ability to deliver 14.1 litres of water per minute.
Moreover, Lee Williams from Love Your Boiler, the installer for this project, further commented: “From an installer’s perspective, the inside of the Evoke is easy to maintain and service. It’s also handy for the installer that the pressure relief and condensate are linked internally.
