Alpha Heating Innovation has installed boilers throughout a high-end residential apartment complex in Edinburgh, Harbour Green.  The InTec 34C model was selected for its high-efficiency and energy saving credentials – ideal for heating modern apartments.
 
The complex boasts 55 one, two and three bedrooms apartments and is located on the seafront at Portobello, less than three miles from the city centre. The landmark development represents the epitome of contemporary residential accommodation with modern, brand name appliances fitted in bathrooms, kitchens and elsewhere.  High quality specification was key for this project.    
 
The InTec 34C is Alpha’s flagship combi boiler and is perfect for heating the Harbour Green complex. It features a stainless steel heat exchanger, designed-in filling loop and seasonality valve to control flow rate according to the temperature of the incoming main. This allows for a higher flow rate in warmer months. The boiler also features a modulating high efficiency Grundfos pump and is fully ErP compliant.
