New InTec 50CS floor standing storage combi boiler

18 January 2013

Alpha Heating Innovation has continued the expansion of its InTec range by announcing the launch of a new high output, floor standing storage combi boiler.

Created in response to high hot water demands, such as within larger properties and homes with multiple bathrooms, the InTec 50CS can deliver a high volume of hot water as required. This is down to its 53.6 litre storage cylinder and its integral combi boiler technology that kicks in if the water stored in the cylinder is exhausted.

As the 32kW output boiler operates with a much smaller store of water it provides domestic hot water at a fraction of the cost of systems with a separate conventional cylinder. Plus, an internal manifold with two pumps gives the InTec 50CS the maximum pump head available, enabling it to serve larger heating systems.

This latest model still stays true to Alpha’s reputation for manufacturing boilers designed with the installer in mind. The InTec 50CS is easy to service and maintain with elements positioned to offer the maximum ease of use for gas engineers.

Darran Smith, Product Manager from Alpha said: “The development of the InTec 50CS was a natural progression for our boiler range. As with all our product development we take on board the feedback from installers to make sure we produce something that is not only efficient but makes the job of the engineer as easy as possible. That way it reduces the hassle for both installer and homeowner, resulting in a positive installation experience as well as fuel savings for the user.”

Measuring 850mm high x 650mm wide x 600mm deep, the InTec 50CS has a DHW output of 32kW and a CH output of 28kW. The boiler also achieves the highest efficiency rating possible in SEDBUK 2005 and 2009.
